School Management System
Students, teachers, courses, rooms, schedules, examinations and reporting across the full academic year.

The challenge
A school system models a year rather than a transaction. Teachers, rooms, classes and timetables constrain one another, examination periods impose hard deadlines, and the whole structure has to roll over cleanly into the next academic year without losing the history of the last one. Systems that model these entities independently produce timetables nobody can actually run.
The solution
We modelled the constraints rather than the entities. Scheduling accounts for teacher availability, room capacity and curriculum requirements together; examinations, grading and reporting follow the academic calendar; and year rollover is a supported operation rather than a manual rebuild. Administration, teaching staff, students and parents each see the view appropriate to them.

Result
The institution runs enrolment, scheduling, assessment and reporting in one system, with academic year rollover handled as a supported operation.
